Kiwanis of Cable Beach and Rotary Club West Health Fair

Statement from Dr. Veronica McIver

Let me personally congratulate The KIWANIS OF CABLE BEACH and the ROTARY CLUB WEST for hosting a community Health Fair event on Gambier Park in the Killarney constituency.

With so much carnage on our streets, it was a pleasure to see the young children smiling and having so much fun in an environment that can shape and influence them while they are still young and impressionable.

The phrase ” Bend a tree while it is young” is a metaphor that I believe in with all my heart.

Attending was the member of Parliament for Killarney the Hon Hubert A. MIinnis and the PLP representative Mr. Ronald Duncombe candidate for the PLP constituency branch.
