Free Exercise at Goodman’s Bay park

Statement from Dr. Veronica McIver

On April 27th 2024, I participated in a free exercise at Goodman’s Bay park initiated by a 25 yr old Bahamian lady, Shamiah Rutherford, whose mission is to illuminate health and wellness concerns of the Bahamas.
Cudos to the youth in our Bahamas. You are the next generational leaders.

I believe in the holistic approach to life:

3. eat healthy
4. develop the creative arts
